Annual Pass Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility and Validity:

• Pass Validity Period: The Annual Pass is active and valid for one year, commencing from the date of purchase, after which it must be renewed to continue enjoying its benefits.
• Eligibility for Purchase: The Annual Pass is exclusively available for purchase by adults, which includes any individual aged 16 years and older. We also offer specialized rates for Seniors and for Military/First Responders to acknowledge their service.
• Child Pass Add-On: Child Passes are designed as supplementary to an Adult or Senior Annual Pass. They must be purchased concurrently with an Adult or Senior pass and are not available as standalone products.
• Age Restrictions for Pass Holders: Adult Pass holders must be at least 16 years old. To maintain a safe and secure environment, our policy does not allow minors under the age of 18 to visit the Hot Springs without the supervision of an adult.

Usage and Reservation:

• General Admission Access: The Adult Annual Pass entitles the holder to enjoy 2-hour general admission sessions at the Hot Springs within the established operating hours.
• Reservation and Availability: Entry is subject to reservation availability of the Hot Springs during your desired reservation time. To guarantee access, we highly recommend making an advance reservation.
• Non-Transferability: This pass is non-transferable and is exclusively for the use of the named registered holder only and cannot be lent, shared, or transferred to any other individual.
• Identification Requirement: Upon arrival, pass holders are required to present a valid photo ID to confirm their identity and pass ownership.

Child Passes and Add-On Options:

• Availability of Child Passes: Child Passes are offered for children 15 years old and younger and can be obtained at a discounted rate. These passes must be purchased as an addition to a valid Adult or Senior Annual Pass and cannot be bought separately.
• Accompaniment Requirement: All children using a Child Pass must be accompanied by their guardian or an adult pass holder throughout their visit to the Hot Springs. Our policy requires that each child is supervised by an adult to ensure safety and adherence to Hot Springs etiquette.
• Add-On Pass Linkage: Each Child Pass is linked directly to an Adult or Senior Annual Pass at the time of purchase. This linkage ensures that the child’s entry to the Hot Springs is associated with a specific adult who is responsible for their well-being during their stay.
• Non-Transferability of Add-On Passes: Similar to the Adult and Senior passes, Child Add-On Passes are non-transferable and are designated for use solely by the child named at the time of the pass purchase.

6-Month 10 Visit Pass Terms and Conditions:

• Pass Validity Period: The 6-Month 10-Visit Pass is valid for six months from the date of purchase.
• Eligibility for Purchase: The Annual Pass is exclusively available for purchase by adults, which includes any individual aged 16 years and older.
• Eligibility: This pass is available for use by both adults and children, but the cost efficiency is more pronounced for adult admissions.
• Age Restrictions for Pass Holders: Adult Pass holders must be at least 16 years old. To maintain a safe and secure environment, our policy does not allow minors under the age of 18 to visit the Hot Springs without the supervision of an adult.

• General Admission Access: The 6 Month 10 Visit Pass entitles the holder to enjoy 2-hour general admission sessions at the Hot Springs within the established operating hours.
• Reservation and Availability: Entry is subject to reservation availability of the Hot Springs during your desired reservation time. To guarantee access, we highly recommend making an advance reservation.
• Number of Visits: The pass includes 10 each, 2 hour general admissions to the Hot Springs within the established operating hours.
• Transferability: The pass is fully transferable, offering the flexibility to share it with family, friends, or employees, ideal for those interested in employee wellness programs or guest accommodations at rental properties.
• Identification Requirement: Upon arrival, pass holders are required to present a valid photo ID to confirm their identity and pass ownership.

Discounts and Savings:

• Savings: Each admission with this pass costs $32.90, saving $6.10 per visit compared to the regular adult admission price.
• Child Admissions: While the pass can be used for children, it is less cost-effective compared to the standard child admission price.
• Exclusive Use of Discounts: The pass cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupons.

Renewal, Expiration, and Limitations:

• Non-Renewable: This pass is not renewable. After the completion of 10 visits or the end of the 6-month period, a new pass must be purchased.
• No Rollover of Unused Visits: Unused visits do not carry over beyond the six-month period and cannot be credited or refunded.
• Notice of Pass Expiration: It is important for holders of the 6-Month 10-Visit Pass to be aware of their pass’s expiration date. Durango Hot Springs may not send reminders before the pass expires. To maximize the benefits of your pass, we recommend you regularly check and keep track of its validity period and use all visits within the six months from the date of purchase.
• Validity Period of the 6-Month 10-Visit Pass: Each 6-Month 10-Visit Pass remains valid for exactly six months from the date of purchase. This six-month period strictly defines the pass’s validity, with the expiration date marking the final day for access under this pass. Ensure to use all your visits within these six months, as the pass will no longer be valid beyond this date.

Frequency Card

Initial purchase includes one (1) complimentary 2-hour Hot Springs admission. Cardholder receives 20% discount on 2-hour adult general admissions. 20% discount also applies to dependent children 15 and under. The Frequency Card is non-transferrable and may be used by named cardholder only. Cardholder ID required at check-in. May not be used with other discounts or coupons. All property and etiquette rules apply.

• Ongoing Discount Benefits: After your first complimentary visit, the Frequency Card entitles you to a 20% discount on all future 2-hour general admissions for both the cardholder and any dependent children aged 15 and under.
• Exclusive Use of Discounts: The pass cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupons.
