Durango Hot Springs is the perfect place for a party or other social gathering. Whether you reserve a private event space or just bring in the group for a few hours, we can make it happen for you. And remember that reserving a private event space doesn’t mean that everyone has to stay put in that one space – all event rentals include access to all public areas of the hot springs property.Â

Pre- and Post-Wedding Get-togethers
With its mountain town appeal, Durango is a popular site for destination weddings. And what better way to celebrate that special day than by soaking in the refreshing mineral waters of Durango Hot Springs. We have packages and event spaces that are perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties, pre-wedding get-togethers to introduce the families to one another, and post-wedding parties so that everyone can relax and wind down after the intense activity of the big day.
Birthday Parties
Whether it is a kids’ party where everyone will want to jump into our resort-style swimming pool, or one for grownups seeking a private experience, Durango Hot Springs has the space to accommodate birthday groups large and small. Not only can our expert event coordinators set up a birthday party with the perfect party rental space, they can assist with planning details such as making catering arrangements and providing helpful suggestions on staging and decoration.
Family Reunions
What better place to bring together all the family members than a beautiful hot springs campus set amidst stunning mountain scenery? Durango Hot Springs is the perfect family reunion venue (we can even accommodate those large family events of a few hundred people!). Reserve a private party rental space to use as a base of operations while the entire family spreads out and enjoys access to all of the public areas of the property. With over 40 water features, including over 30 separate mineral water hot springs pools, a large family-friendly swimming pool and our popular mineral water tower, there is something for everyone in the family (and extended family).
Wellness Retreat
The Durango Hot Springs facility is geared toward wellness. Many cultures have long considered relaxing in a pool of hot minerals springs water as being very therapeutic, and with all the stress of the modern world, hot springs are generally considered a wonderful way to relieve some of that stress. Additionally, Durango Hot Springs features a full suite of spa services such as fantastic massage services and various facials and skin care treatments.
